Return and Refund Policy

At Valdo Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our online store.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened if sealed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, box, inserts, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
  • The product must not show signs of ink use, scratches, dents, damage, modification, misuse, or wear.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pens, refills, ink cartridges, or writing instruments that show signs of use.
  • Products with missing original packaging, missing parts, or damaged accessories.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, or incorrect handling.
  • Gift cards, digital products, clearance items, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable.
  • Personalized, engraved, customized, or specially modified items.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@valdostore.com with your order number, full name, product name, and reason for the return.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible. Please do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from Valdo Store.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, express shipping fees, and additional delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Valdo Store.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Valdo Store is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit before they are received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@valdostore.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue, the product, and the packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, color, model, or item, please return the eligible product and place a new order through our store.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@valdostore.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
